You can choose whether you’d like to receive promotional news about our special offers by email. If you no longer want to receive our newsletter and promotions, simply open a marketing email you’ve received in the past, scroll down to the bottom and click on “You can unsubscribe here”.

You will then no longer receive marketing emails from us, but instead only important updates about changes in  terms of service, your account activity, tips to keep your account safe as well as your account statements. 

Alternatively, our customers can opt-out of promotional emails within the Nuri app by turning off the toggle provided under Profile > General Settings > Notifications > Tips & Promotions > Promotional Emails. If you want to turn off marketing related push notifications as well, turn off  “Promotional Push” toggle.

Unsubscribing from these means we can no longer contact you if we run exciting promotions, raffles or cool new campaigns or new products to make the most out of your Nuri experience. If you changed your mind, you can either opt-in again within the app or contact us using our Contact Form at any time.
