The two-factor authentication (2FA) is an important security setting for your account, which is why we strongly recommend keeping it activated. However, if you still want to deactivate it, this is how you can do so:
- Log in to your Nuri account
- Go to the "Profile"
- Go to 'Two Factor Authentication' (it should show 2FA enabled)
- Click "Disable"
- Enter a one-time passcode from your authenticator app to verify your identity
If you no longer have the linked device with the authenticator app and the 2FA backup code, simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be happy to help.
