A lost or stolen card can be stressful - but don't worry, we got you. To prevent others from accessing your money, you can block your card yourself within the Nuri app at any time - and this is how:
- Log in to your Nuri account
- Go to Profile
- Go to Card settings
- Click Lock Card
- Inform us via email at email@example.com so that we can close your card
- After your card was closed by us, you'll be able to order a new card right away
It's recommended to also file a police report for insurance reasons.
